Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to add balance. coffee bean 1kg is a cup that is a great drink on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or stir your coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.

Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast that has citrus, sweet and cocoa scent. It has a silky mouthfeel that softens the palate. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a book and a warm family hug. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't at the boiling point. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from over extracting and forming unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just boiled. Steep for 4 minutes, plunge and enjoy.
